Check out this great charity and please consider joining our club this month!
The Talmud teaches that giving someone clothes to wear is one of the highest forms of charity--even more valuable than giving them a meal. A meal will only very temporarily ease a discomfort, but clothes will give them their dignity and a chance for opportunity for improvement. It is pointed out that God made clothes for Adam and Eve that were of better quality, covered and protected them better than the inadequate garments they made for themselves.
We all know how clothes make us feel. The way we dress gives us an opportunity to present ourselves to the world as who we are or who we would like to become.
